This study developed wildfire risk mapping in the Metropolitan area of Concepción, located in the BioBío region, Chile. This model aims to support urban planning and disaster risk management, through an updated categorical map according to the geospatial data and satellite images that described the fire occurrence in the territory (Jaque-Castillo et al, 2021).
